- Union Camp - The Camp was open to the public from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00
P.M. to come in and ask questions

Rifle Firing Demonstration - We watched as soldiers in a battle line loaded and
fired examples of civil war weapons
- Portrayals of Camp Life - We saw how the soldiers lived, where they slept,
what they ate, what hardships they endured

West Brookfield in the Civil War - A display showed West Brookfield's
role in the Civil War along with a list of West Brookfield citizens who
went off to fight for the Union cause.

A Ceremony was held on the Town Common
on June 22nd at 2:00 P.M.
at the Civil War Monument to honor the Civil War Soldiers
from West Brookfield who did not return home.
