	Deacon Daniel Hovey	Aug, 1618 @Waltham Abbey, Essex, Eng	married Abigail Andrews about 1642 @ Ipswich. Their 7 children were born @ Ipswich. In 1660 he purchased land in Topsfield and moved there soon after. In the summer of 1668, he moved to Quaboag Plantation with his 5 younger children, then moved to Hadley in 1672. They returned to Ipswich in 1678. He died May 29, 1695 @ Ipswich

1	Daniel Jr.	1642 @ Ipswich	Was a farmer & lived all his life in Ipswich. Married Rebecca who died at Ipswich in 1665, married Hester Treadwell in 1665. All his children were born at Ipswich.
2	John	1644 @ Ipswich	lived there until 1670 when he moved to the farm in Topsfield, which his father deeded to him in 1671. Married Dorcas Ivorye Aug 3, 1665. They had 7 children. She died in Topsfield on Nov 5, 1711. His date of death is unknown.
3	Thomas	1648 @ Ipswich	came to Quaboag with his parents in 1668. Granted a tract of land, but never settled there. Moved to Hadley where he lived as early as 1672. Married in Nov of 1677 Sarah Cook, daughter of Capt. Aaron Cook. She was born in Hadley Jan 31m 1661-2. Children all born in Hadley. He died on Mar 4, 1731.
4	James	1650 @Ipswich	came to Quaboag at age 18. Built a homestead on the lot adjoining his father's. Married Priscilla Warner, daughter of John of Quaboag on Nov 2, 1670. 3 children all born @ Brookfield. James was killed on Aug 2, 1675 at Brookfield.
5	Joseph	1653 @ Ipswich	came to Quaboag at age 15. He removed with his parents to Hadley in 1672. Married Hannah Pratt on May 31, 1677. He had six children all born at Hadley. Lived in Hadley until 1690. Moved to Milton in 1690 and died there right after moving.
6	Abigail	1655 @ Ipswich	married John Ayers, Jr. on Aug 28, 1672 & settled at Quaboag.
7	Nathaniel	Mar 20, 1656-7 @ Ipswich	came to Quaboag, returned via Hadley to Ipswich. Listed as resident of Ipswich in 1678. Married in Nov 1679 to Sarah Fuller. He died @ Ipswich on Jun 29, 1691
